Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Status of Job: Hourly, non-exempt – Full-Time
Department: Personal Injury
Skill, Education/Experience Requirements: One-year experience in customer service; excellent communication skills; attention to detail, professional attitude and demeanor. Familiarity with Microsoft Office/ Office 365 is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities: Pursue excellence, be a team player, be accountable, have integrity and be respectful to co-workers and clients. Perform a wide variety of functions supporting the department while maintaining a very high standard of professionalism, attendance, attention to detail, and confidentiality, with direct reporting to the assigned attorney and their Department Head, as appropriate. Functions to be performed may include, but are not limited to:
Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Location & Hours of Work: 40 E Rio Salado Parkway, Ste 425; Tempe, AZ 85281; 8:30am-5:30pm M-F

We offer telecommuting, and after 90 days of training, the attorney can work from anywhere in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico or Utah (practicing Arizona law). The work is fast-paced, challenging, and gives an attorney the chance to implement her or his legal experience and client service skills to solve a variety of legal problems each day via limited scope representation.
