The growing law firm of Davis Miles McGuire Gardner reached another milestone this spring, ranking third among all large Arizona law firms, according to Ranking Arizona. Due to the vast need among businesses for PPP loan support in 2020, the firm was especially proud of its statewide top ranking in banking transactions. The firm assisted dozens of its clients with the PPP process.
Statewide Top Large Law Firms: Ranking Arizona listed Snell & Wilmer as the state’s number one law firm, followed by Lewis Roca, and Davis Miles McGuire Gardner. The list was rounded out by Gust Rosenfeld, Fennemore, Tiffany & Bosco, Greenberg Traurig, Jennings Strouss & Salmon, Dickinson Wright, and Quarles & Brady.
Practices Supporting Businesses: Davis Miles McGuire Gardner enjoyed top rankings in practices ranging from sophisticated business support (number one in Banking, 10th best for Corporate and Finance, 2nd in Bankruptcy/Restructuring, and 6th in Collections); to dispute related defense (number 6 in Alternative Dispute Resolution and 10th best in White Collar Criminal Defense).
Practices Serving Consumers: The firm continued its dominance in consumer-serving legal practices, including ranking among the state’s top two law firms in both Bankruptcy and Family Law. The firm ranked number five in Criminal Defense and was ranked for the first time in Personal Injury Law (10th). The firm also ranked number three in Immigration Law and 7th in Elder Law.
