Sami Elamad Attorney

Sami Elamad is an attorney with a diverse background in labor and employment law, immigration, and legal services. Sami focuses on a wide range of legal services, from advising clients to reviewing documents to communicating with third parties on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Davis Miles, Sami served at The Atlantic Foundation…an organization dedicated to access to justice. Sami gained valuable experience as an associate and law clerk at Shaked Law Group, where he contributed to litigation strategy and legal analysis. Sami also served as a practitioner in the Santa Clara Law Immigration Appellate Practice Clinic, advocating for clients in complex immigration matters.

His earlier roles include serving as a Board Agent at the National Labor Relations Board and as a Legal Services Specialist at Alta California Regional Center, where he worked on legal document preparation and cybersecurity-related issues.

Sami earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was actively involved in student governance and legal publications, including The Advocate and SCOTUS Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico, where he participated in civic engagement forums and the Speech & Debate Team.
