Raul “Rally” Mijares is an Attorney admitted to practice in New Mexico. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Raul now lives in southern New Mexico, at the unique intersection of New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico. He earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from New Mexico State University and his J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law.
