Michael Girgenti Partner
Michael Girgenti is a Senior Associate in the firm’s family law department where he helps individuals navigate the unique and emotional complexities of divorce. Michael’s practice also includes representing clients in paternity and post-decree actions, as well as many other facets of domestic relations law, including spousal maintenance, child support, third-party rights, guardianship, and relocation, among others.
Michael joined the firm as an Associate in 2019 after spending several years prosecuting felony offenses with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
Michael graduated from William Mitchell College of Law where he was a member of Law Review and completed a summer externship with the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before attending law school, Michael completed his Bachelor of Science in economics at Marquette University where he made the College of Business Dean’s List in 2009.
When not busy assisting clients, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also is passionate about the outdoors as well as the conservation of wildlife and their habitat.
