Louis Harvey

Louis Harvey is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department.

Prior to joining Davis, Miles, McGuire, Gardner, PLLC Louis had been practicing law in the Arizona Superior Court. Louis practiced criminal law within the Maricopa County Office of Public Defender representing clients with felony criminal charges.  Louis also has litigation experience representing parents in dependency cases brought by the Arizona Department of Child Safety.  Additionally, Louis has practice experience in the realm of mental health civil commitment procedures.

Louis grew up in Texas where he had a successful career and raised a family prior to returning to law school in Arizona to earn his Juris Doctorate.

In addition to his legal work, Louis has given back to the community through his volunteer activities with Gabriel’s Angels, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Arizona Child and Adolescent Survivor Initiative and the Canyon State Academy Rite of Passage Program.

Louis loves to travel the world and experience new cultures.  He has enjoyed riding motorcycles throughout the beautiful state of Arizona and beyond.  He values hiking throughout the state of Arizona when time permits with his family and his Labradoodle hiking buddy.
