Kinda V. Johnson-Hurd

Kinda V. Johnson-Hurd is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department.

Kinda is a passionate and dedicated advocate for families and the daily circumstances of life that confront them. She has been a practicing attorney since 2010 and has worked in various areas of law including environmental, unemployment, and administrative law.

Prior to joining Davis, Miles, McGuire, Gardner, PLLC, Kinda practiced in the Arizona Superior Court.
For the last eight years Kinda has dedicated her practice to representing children and parents in dependency matters involving the Department of Child Safety.
She also has extensive experience as an Assistant Attorney General, where she prosecuted cases in representation of the State of Arizona.

Kinda was born and raised in Texas. She received a Bachelors in Business Administration: Finance from the University of North Texas. She briefly taught high school prior to law school. She went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from the Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon before relocating to Arizona .

Kinda is a dedicated a wife and mother of four vivacious and energetic children. She avid sports fanatic who enjoys watching her children compete in sports and the many other activities that they are involved in. She actively participates in all activities of her children. She loves to sing.
