Kevin P. Fine Partner

Kevin Fine has been practicing law since 1993, and with Davis Miles since 2007. He is a member of the robust and growing family law team at the firm. In family law, Mr. Fine’s clients benefit from his decades of experience in law, and helping people who are facing often disruptive and emotionally challenging changes in their lives. He enjoys working with the other lawyers on his team in their collective efforts to find the best legal tools to solve the varied challenges they face in shifting family relationships.
Mr. Fine believes that the client has the right to understand how the legal process works as it applies to their issues, and what can (and cannot) reasonably be achieved. He spends time with his clients to help them understand this process, and to hear their concerns, so that the clients can make informed decisions. He tries to understand his clients’ goals and objectives from the beginning of the representation, so that these issues can be openly discussed.
Mr. Fine is an avid runner, and dedicated student and practitioner of physical and mental wellness. He has completed 27 (and counting) full marathons (26.2 miles.
Mr. Fine also has extensive legal experience serving individuals recovering from injuries sustained in accidents—another area in which his clients were facing seriously disruptive challenges. He is a Past-President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, an organization of attorneys dedicated to protecting the rights of injured consumers. He has authored several books on legal topics and dozens of articles—many of which are available on the Davis Miles website.
