JoAnn Falgout has been practicing law since 1993 and recently joined Davis Miles as a partner in the bankruptcy department. She has extensive experience negotiating, mediating, and litigating cases from the trial court to the supreme court, and enjoys assisting clients to resolve a wide variety of complex legal issues. She applies a “client first” approach that delivers outstanding results for individuals and businesses.

In her bankruptcy practice, JoAnn represents both commercial and individual clients in connection with bankruptcy cases under Chapter 7, 11 (including Subchapter V), and 13.

In her appellate practice, JoAnn represents clients in a wide variety of civil, criminal, and administrative matters in proceedings before state and federal appellate courts. In her time as an Assistant Attorney General, she received multiple awards for her excellent appellate advocacy.

Outside the office, JoAnn mentors new attorneys through her membership in the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court and helps prepare students to obtain excellent scores on the Law School Admissions Test. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and attending music festivals.
