Jason Erwin

Prior to working with Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC, Jason was a busy Creditor’s Rights attorney working in the Consumer and Commercial Collections, Bankruptcy and Probate contexts. Jason also has substantive experience as in-house counsel specializing in regulatory compliance and oversight of a nationwide network of attorneys. Before becoming an attorney somewhat later than most, Jason had an alternate life as a teacher of ESL and history, a military reservist, and in-house for a boutique quantitative analysis company.

When not working to be a better attorney, Jason enjoys Japanese culture, collecting books, and sharing often truly bad jokes with family and friends in southern Arizona and across the globe.
