David I. Bacon Partner

Mr. Bacon has been a practicing attorney for 40 years and is a partner with Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC having been associated with the firm for over 10 years. Before locating to the State of Arizona, Mr. Bacon had a successful law practice in Albany, New York which concentrated in business and real estate matters along with extensive litigation pertaining to trials and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Bacon also owned and operated a title insurance company involving thousands of closings in connection with residential and commercial transactions. In addition to Dave’s law firm and title insurance company, he was a member of adjunct faculties at the University of Albany, Russell Sage College and Schenectady County Community College in Upstate New York and was a frequent lecturer to various real estate organizations including the Institute of Real Estate Management and Builders and Owners Association.

Dave and his wife, Susie, reside in the city of Mesa. They both enjoy the outdoor activities offered in the Phoenix area. They are very proud of their two adult sons. Caleb is currently a marketing director of an Internet company and previously was a member of the Screen Actors Guild having been a comedy writer and writer’s assistant with HBO. Noah is a current owner of a successful Internet company and is an associate with a major tax and asset protection company. He was previously in management with Hyatt Resorts. Dave and Susie have a beautiful little granddaughter, Harlow.
