Dan Pick is the former president of Laflin Pick and Heer, a prominent Albuquerque law firm, where he earned recognition in the Albuquerque Journal’s Reader’s Choice awards for his exceptional work in estate planning throughout New Mexico and beyond. Now a member of Davis Miles’ estate planning department, Dan helps individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning and asset protection. Dan’s practice also includes probate administration, trust creation, wealth transfer strategies, and tax and business succession planning.
In addition to his law degree, Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, which provides him with a unique ability to offer comprehensive legal and financial planning services to his clients.
Dan is a graduate of Arizona State University, holds his law degree from the University of New Mexico, and earned an L.LM in Tax from the University of Florida.
