- Represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
- Acknowledge that payment processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Application of Payments
Payments will be applied to your account in accordance with applicable law and any governing agreements. Submission of a partial payment does not, by itself, constitute settlement of the account and may not suspend collection activity unless confirmed in writing.
