Publications and Presentations:
Philip has presented numerous legal seminars and formerly served as a legal instructor and host of a live, call-in legal television program aboard Naval Air Station Pensacola. He is proud to have been awarded the Commendation Medal and for having been recognized by both the American Bar Association, Standing Committee on Legal Assistance for Military Personnel, and the Internal Revenue Service for his work on behalf of members of the Armed Forces and their families. Philip also ghostwrites a weekly employee benefits newsletter that is distributed by a brokerage to employee benefits professionals.
