Mr. Williams focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation and complicated business disputes, and representation of professionals before administrative review boards.  In addition to representing large Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Williams also regularly represents business owners, banks and lending institutions, medical and dental professionals, real estate agents and brokers, and other professionals in complex commercial matters and disputes. Mr. Williams has practiced extensively in federal and state court in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, Georgia, and Kentucky.

  • Represented owners of an Arabian horse farm in litigation with a former business partner related to the sale of an Arabian Horse resulting in a six figure judgment against the former business partner
  • Represented a vitamin supplement manufacturer in litigation against a former employee involved who misappropriated the client’s confidential and proprietary business information
  • Represented business partners in various disputes related to dissolution of the partnership, operation of a closely held family business and other intra-business disputes involving the partners
  • Represented numerous professionals, including doctors, nursing professionals, dental professionals, accountants and other licensed professionals in contested proceedings with their particular licensing boards
  • Represented client in contested proceedings involving ownership of $4.5 million in life insurance proceeds
