We are seeking a Legal Assistant with minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation law.  The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter and must be able to multi-task and work independently.  This position is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, deposition notices, subpoenas, motions, certifications and briefs
  • Calendar and monitor court dates and manage client information
  • Communicate and obtain information from clients
  • Assist in trial preparation to include the preparation of trial notebooks
  • Manage attorney’s calendar 
  • Manage and organize discovery

We are currently seeking an outgoing, professional with a passion for helping others and a natural ability to WOW prospective clients. This role is pivotal in managing the intake for the firm’s digital marketing campaigns and serving as the firm’s lead intake contact for digital marketing leads, blending traditional roles with innovative marketing strategies to enhance our client acquisition and engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 2-3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably with exposure to a legal environment. Previous experience in marketing, especially digital marketing, is highly advantageous.

Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office products, familiarity with CRM software, and SMS services are essential.

Attributes: An outgoing personality who enjoys making meaningful connections, with a flair for seamlessly integrating marketing automation into traditional intake systems to boost ROI and conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Intake & Engagement: Answer incoming intake phone calls and encourage potential clients to select our firm as their advocate. Manage the intake process for the firm’s digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every client.

Appointments & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring all intake information is correctly processed according to department protocols. Maintain the attorney’s calendar with all applicable appointments.

Follow-Up & Communication: Systematically follow up on leads and take payments for consults as applicable. Update status appropriately and work closely with marketing to solicit client feedback.

Marketing & Strategy Support: Assist the Chief Innovation Officer with marketing and strategy efforts, including referral relationship management, event coordination, and content quality control. Apply marketing automation to enhance traditional intake systems, increasing ROI and conversions.

Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time, including assisting with special/periodic projects outside of the defined job scope.
