Ronald Fineberg was a member of the founding class of The College of Law, Arizona State University, and a graduate of its first class in 1970. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona the same year. Since that time, he has engaged in the practice of law throughout Arizona and for the past several years has devoted his practice primarily to the area of family law. Throughout his career, he has gained the respect of the judiciary, his colleagues and his contemporaries.
Mr. Fineberg, a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, moved to Arizona with his family as a teenager. He attended high school in Arizona and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University majoring in marketing and advertising. Following his graduation, Ron enlisted in the U.S. Navy, attending officer candidate school and was commissioned as an ensign. He received an honorable discharge at the rank of Lt jg. In returning to civilian life, he became an officer in his family owned business, Industrial Uniform Services, Inc. in Phoenix.
During his military service, Ron was appointed as the legal officer aboard ship, at which time he developed an irresistible interest in law. When the Law School at ASU opened its doors, Mr. Fineberg was one of its first applicants and was honored to be accepted. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Fineberg has not shied from the court room, nor failed to recognize that in the interests of his clients, other less formal proceedings may be the best course of action.
