Mr. McGuire is an AV rated Arizona attorney providing bankruptcy and debtor/creditor services to people and businesses throughout Arizona. Since 1999, Mr. McGuire has been certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Bankruptcy.
Mr. McGuire has over 22 years of bankruptcy experience and has personally handled thousands of bankruptcy cases. Mr. McGuire is a member of the bankruptcy advisory commission of the Arizona State Bar Association, which is responsible for reviewing applications by attorneys seeking certification as specialists in bankruptcy law.

Mr. McGuire was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and now makes his home with his wife and two children in Mesa. During law school, Mr. McGuire was a writer for the Arizona Law Review and graduated with honors.
Mr. McGuire serves on the board of the Mesa Westwood Little League, volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and encourages organ donation. Mr. McGuire received a life saving living donor liver transplant from his brother Pernell in 2006 and both are doing well.

Preston Gardner is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy department. He has represented businesses and individuals as debtors in cases under Chapters 11, 7, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has been involved in every phase of liquidation and reorganization cases, from pre-filing planning through confirmation and consummation of plans of reorganization. He has also represented secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy-related litigation.
Preston graduated with honors from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he served as a Senior Editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review. Before attending law school, he lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years and learned to speak Portuguese. He later returned to Sao Paulo for a six-week internship during law school. Preston and his wife are Arizona natives and the parents of two young children. Preston enjoys reading, collecting books, and attending ASU football games.

Aubrey focuses her practice areas in bankruptcy, debtor creditor rights, foreclosure services, loan modifications, and commercial litigation. Aubrey was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona. She is also a member of the Coconino County Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy and Appellate Sections of the Arizona State Bar.
Aubrey recieved her B.S. in Arts Management and B.A. in Violin Performance from Northern Arizona University. She then attended and received her J.D. from the Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, OR, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Aubrey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jack L. Landau at both the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court.

Ron Holmes concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy law and small business bankruptcies. He serves clients throughout the state of New Mexico.
A native New Mexican, Mr. Holmes grew up in Alamogordo. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996, and his B.A. in Political Science and Economics also from the University of New Mexico in 1991.
Mr. Holmes currently serves on the Bankruptcy Section Board of Directors from 2001 to 2010 and again in 2013 to present, has served as Secretary and is the past Chairman of the Board (2004). Mr. Holmes is also a former Bankruptcy Trustee. Mr. Holmes received the New Mexico State Bar’s Outstanding Contribution Award in 2003 and the Robert H. LaFollette Pro Bono Award in 2010, which is the equivalent to a lifetime achievement award.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Holmes is an active licensed real estate broker and Realtor® and the Qualifying Broker for Stetson Realty.
Mr. Holmes is the current treasurer for the Federal Bar Association New Mexico Chapter, the past Chair for the Board of Directors for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Albuquerque Chapter and a member of the Greater Albuquerque Area Board of Realtors and a long member of the Albuquerque Bar Association. Mr. Holmes enjoys playing indoor and outdoor soccer on the weekends. Finally and most importantly, Mr. Holmes’ proudest moments and achievements are are both brought about and shared because of his five wonderful children and wife, Crystal.
