   Apr 29, 2014
   6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Attorney Robert Sewell with co-presenter Brandon Paoletti

Father holding disabled son on merry go round at playgroundPlanning for the future care of a person with special needs requires thoughtful consideration and a long term plan. An individual or family must prepare emotionally, physically, financially, and legally to meet the needs of that person.  This seminar provides solutions and information so caregivers can plan for the future maintenance and care of a loved one with special needs.

Robert Sewell, an attorney at Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, and Brandon Paoletti, an Investment Adviser and Special Care Planner with Mass Mutual Financial, are excited to share their knowledge on a number of issues caregivers face, including:

  1. What government programs are available for your person with special needs.
  2. Whether a guardian, conservator, special needs trust could benefit a person with special needs.
  3. How can a special needs trust help care for an individual after the death of the caregiver.
  4. How to avoid costly court procedures.

Mr. Sewell and Mr. Paoletti are passionate about helping others and are excited to help you understand these issues.  Please join us on the evening of April 29th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC, 80 E. Rio Salado Parkway, Suite 401, Tempe, AZ 85281
