Richard Agins spent 27 years as a CPA and entrepreneur before beginning his legal career, which prepared him well for many of the challenges presented by his estate planning, business law and bankruptcy practice.  Richard first worked for a  major law firm focusing on international financial restructuring, and after almost seven years,  joined with several colleagues to form a general practice firm with offices in New York, Connecticut and Philadelphia.  He moved to Arizona in 2013 and opened a solo practice focusing on estate planning, transactional business law and elder law. Although he misses the excitement of New York City, he is now at home in the Arizona sun.  Richard and his wife enjoy travel to international locations off the beaten path. He is fluent in Spanish.
