Professional Experience
Mr. Marcelli has been a practicing attorney for nearly thirty years. Mr. Marcelli obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While attending law school, Mr. Marcelli clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in Compton, California. While there, Mr. Marcelli conducted eight criminal trials as a certified law clerk. Prior to attending Loyola, Mr. Marcelli attained a Master of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern California. While at USC, Mr. Marcelli was a member of Nobel laureate George A. Olah’s research group. Mr. Marcelli co-authored two research papers with Dr. Olah. Mr. Marcelli obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Marcelli is licensed to practice in Arizona and California, including the Federal District Courts of the Eastern, Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Marcelli is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
Personal
Mr. Marcelli enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys hiking with his wife Kathleen and their duck-tolling retriever Sadie.
