Mr. Medina, an Arizona native, grew up in the small mining community of Bagdad. Mr. Medina attended University of Arizona and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Political Science. Mr. Medina received a Patricia Roberts Harris Fellowship to attend Creighton University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1992.

Mr. Medina is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Justice, American Association of Justice, Attorney Information Exchange Group, and Arizona Minority Bar Association. He has served on the State Bar of Arizona, Committee on Civil Practice and Procedure and the Board of Directors for Arizona Association of Justice.

Mr. Medina has practiced in the area of wrongful death and personal injury law since 1993. Although Mr. Medina does not limit has practice to one area of the law, he has handled numerous cases involving defective consumer products including vehicles, tires, child safety seats, seat belts, and air bags. Michael has successfully brought cases against General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, Paccar, Goodyear Tire, Cooper Tire, Michelin, Continental Tire, Yokohama Tire, and Bridgestone/Firestone Tire. These cases have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in settlements for injured individuals and their families. Mr. Medina also has experience in insurance law, civil rights, employment law, school law, governmental liability, and appellate practice.

Mr. Medina was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1993. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; the United States District Court, District of Arizona; and the Supreme Court of Colorado. Mr. Medina has also handled cases in other states throughout the country including: California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

After residing in Tucson for over thirty years, Mr. Medina and his family moved to Fountains Hills. Mr. Medina enjoys volunteering at his local parish and other charitable organizations, outdoor activities, reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife and six children and grandchild.
