Professional Experience
Josefa Rodriguez is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department.
Prior to joining Davis Miles, Josefa had extensive experience as a former Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Child Safety in juvenile dependency matters, and later as family law attorney representing individuals through divorce and child custody issues. As a former Assistant Attorney General, she strongly and effectively advocated for the safety of many Arizona children. When she left to join private practice, she has been an attorney who is understanding and will listen to all of her clients’ needs and concerns with compassion. Josefa has and will assist families during their most difficult time of their lives.

Personal
Josefa loves enjoying her time with her family, especially with her Husband and child. In her free time, she assists her Husband in running cornhole tournaments, occasional tournament fundraisers within the community, and spends time with her family.
