Professional Experience
Francis Espiritu is an associate attorney in the firm’s family law department.
Prior to joining the firm, Francis was an Assistant Attorney General in the Arizona Attorney General Office’s Protective Services Section, where he represented the Department of Child Safety in child dependency, termination of parental rights, and guardianship matters. Francis also worked as an associate family law attorney in Tempe before joining the Arizona Attorney General’s office.
Francis graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he completed externships in both the Civil division of the Scottsdale City Attorney’s Office and as a clerk for the Honorable David B. Gass in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Francis completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Davis.

Francis spends his free time cooking, reading, hiking with his dogs, playing the violin, visiting friends and family in California, and traveling to new destinations with his friends.
