Amanda is an attorney in the firm’s immigration department. She has focused her practice on business immigration, assisting companies in obtaining US visas for some of the top talent from around the world. She has extensive experience in H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, PERM, I-140 and other employment based green card applications. Amanda has also worked on countless family based immigration cases including adjustment of status. Prior to joining Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, Amanda was an attorney at Fennemore Craig where she focused on Immigration and Employment and Labor Law.
Personal: Amanda Is from Monticello, Utah. She grew up working on her dad’s wheat farm where she learned to drive tractor, combine, and wheat truck as well as the value of hard work. Away from the office Amanda enjoys hiking rappelling, Jeeping, and rock climbing. She also enjoys travelling, playing volleyball and softball as well as flute and piano.
