Christopher Charles is an experienced real estate attorney.  His practice focuses on real estate and real estate litigation, including deficiency actions, loan work outs, breach of contract, fraud and non-disclosure, landlord/tenant, foreclosures, and short sales. 

 

Christopher obtained his B.A. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.  Following business school, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.  While at USD, Christopher served as the Associate Editor of the University of San Diego International Law Journal.

 

Prior to joining Davis Miles, Christopher represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) as a “Hotline Attorney.” Christopher is listed on the AAR List of Approved Mediators regarding real estate disputes.

 

Christopher is a Member of the Civil Jury Instructions Committee for the State Bar of Arizona and he serves as the State Bar of Arizona Real Property Section Executive Committee YLD Liaison. 

 

He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.  Christopher is a published author and he regularly presents real estate seminars to Arizona attorneys and real estate brokers.
