What should I expect in my call back from the Provider Attorney ?

After making your initial call to Davis Miles, you will receive a call back from a Provider Attorney within the next eight (8) business hours. When the Provider Attorney calls you, he or she will ask for a more complete description of the facts of your legal matter. You may be asked several questions which help the attorney understand your problem and your concerns. Based upon the telephone consultation, the Provider Attorney may do one or more of the following:

  • Advise you how to resolve your legal matter;
  • Discuss self-help actions to take;
  • Request a document from you to review;
  • Request a written factual summary;
  • Research your legal issue;
  • Decide to write a letter or make a phone call on your behalf;
  • Refer you to another state’s LegalShield Provider Law Firm for a phone consultation;
  • Refer you to another attorney for ongoing legal representation.

Please plan to spend about 15 to 20 minutes on this conversation with the Provider Attorney.
