How much are the discounted legal rates?

       You are not charged an hourly rate for the legal consultation and legal advice given to you over the phone by the Provider Firm Attorney. If your matter is forwarded to a Referral Attorney, you will generally* be given a Discounted Rate of 25% off of the Referral Attorney’s regular hourly or flat fee. This does not include matters billed on a contingency basis.

       Costs related to your legal matter, including but not limited to filing fees, mileage and travel expenses, publication costs, and online research costs, are not discounted.
