How soon can I call after I join LegalShield?

       Your LegalShield Membership application is processed by LegalShield at its company headquarters in Ada, Oklahoma. This process may take up to five days. During that time, Davis Miles is unable to access your membership information in our Member database, and the Benefits are limited to a telephone consultation. However, you can call immediately for a courtesy consultation, and speak with an attorney regarding your legal matter. Because we are unable to verify some critical information, we are unable to take any steps beyond the telephone consultation until your membership processing is completed. Once processed, you may re-contact us to receive additional assistance on your legal matter and receive all LegalShield Plan Benefits, including document review, a demand letter, assistance from a Provider Attorney, or referral to a Referral Attorney.
