       Sometimes you may want to re-contact Davis Miles regarding your legal matter. You may want to speak with the Provider Attorney concerning the first proposed action regarding your issue to supplement the information you initially provided, or mention a significant development in your case, or check on the status of your matter. You may need further assistance or advice after the Provider Attorney has completed the initial action on your matter and some time has passed. If the legal matter was referred to a Referral Attorney, you must mention that referral to the CSR.

       In either event, please re-contact Davis Miles by calling (800) 435-3290 or (505) 246-0231. Much of the process will be the same as your initial call. The CSR will ask for your LegalShield membership number as well as your specific intake number. The CSR will ask about the purpose of your call and your questions will be noted. Either the attorney who originally handled your legal matter or another qualified attorney will call you back within the next 4-8 business hours.
