Under the Life Events/Family and Comprehensive Plans:
- You and your spouse or significant other
- Never-married children under age 21 living at home
- Never-married children under age 23 who are full-time college students
- Children under age 18 for whom you act as legal guardian
- Any dependent child, regardless of age, who is mentally or physically disabled,
for whom you are primarily responsible
Under the Small Business and Business Owner Plans:
