These include: consultations and legal advice from a licensed New Mexico attorney; a review of certain legal documents and/or contracts; a demand letter or phone call on your behalf for each legal issues, representation for certain traffic violations and defense of certain civil matters; preparation of your Last Will and Testament, Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, and General Durable Power of Attorney; legal assistance if you are audited by the IRS; assistance in finding a qualified attorney anywhere in the country to represent you in ongoing legal matters; and the ability to retain an attorney for ongoing legal matters (such as divorce, bankruptcy, business formation, civil litigation, estate planning, criminal defense, etc.) at Discounted Legal Rates. |
