When and where do I send documents to the attorney?
 
 
  • Documents should be sent ONLY when requested by a CSR or an attorney. If your documents are unexpected, there will be an unnecessary delay in processing them because there is no existing intake number to assign to them.
  • Generally only documents of 10 pages or less (15 pages for a Business Plan) may be reviewed under your Plan. One exception is a civil summons and complaint.
  • Documents should be faxed, sent via regular mail, sent via e-mail, or uploaded using the link on our secured website. The CSR or attorney will provide you with the fax number, e-mail address, or mailing address when they request your documents.
  • IMPORTANT: If you send or receive documents by e-mail, do NOT use that e-mail address to correspond with us. That address is strictly for transferring documents.   • Do NOT mail in your original documents, mail in only copies. Davis Miles will not be responsible for your original documents.
