You may jeopardize your rights and your ability to defend yourself (sometimes before it starts) if you do not act in a timely fashion. Some deadlines are absolute and cannot be extended. It is vitally important that you contact Davis Miles as soon as you are aware of your legal issue or problem, especially when a court or administrative office (the police department or the IRS) is involved. We can only assist you with your legal matter if you contact us in a timely manner.
If you are a new LegalShield Member and do not have your Membership number yet, you are still eligible for a courtesy consultation while your member application is being processed.
Once you have made your initial call to Davis Miles and your Membership information has been verified and cleared for a possible conflict of interest, you will receive a call back from a Provider Attorney knowledgeable in the area of law related to your legal matter within eight (8) business hours.
