Philosophy and Experience
Lori Curtis is both a Transactional and Commercial Litigation Attorney at Davis Miles.  She helps individuals design estate plans for their own individual needs. Ms. Curtis has also represented clients in business organization, contracts, and the sale and purchase of business assets, and advises business owners and professionals in business operations, professional matters and day-to-day legal issues, including advising professionals on how to avoid unfounded complaints and claims in their day-to-day practice. 


Ms. Curtis has represented medical and dental professionals, business owners, attorneys, accountants, architects, real estate agents and brokers, title companies, and others in business, contract, real estate, intellectual property, employment, and negligence disputes.  Lori Curtis has represented business professionals who face licensing sanctions from their respective Boards after they have been charged with allegations of unethical practice or other professional misconduct.  Her practice includes appellate work both in the court system and before administrative boards.

Personal
Ms. Curtis is on the Arizona State Advisory Board for Childhelp U.S.A., a non-profit organization that exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused and neglected children. 

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Curtis taught 8th grade English.
