Ray is an experienced intellectual property and technology law counseling, litigation and licensing/transaction attorney. Ray provides counseling to clients regarding patent, trademark and copyright law. He has experience with complex litigation and arbitration proceedings and has first-chaired as well as supervised major patent, trademark and copyright related litigation and related technology and commercial litigation in multiple states. He has also rendered legal opinions, served as a trial expert witness, and has over 20 years of technology asset protection, commercialization and transactional experience working with entrepreneurs, technology focused start-up, small cap and large-cap companies. Prior to joining Davis Miles, PLLC Ray practiced at two different Am Law 250 national/international law firms and founded, managed and grew law firms servicing clients throughout the United States and the world.
