Personal Information and Experience
Mr. Williams focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business disputes and representation of professionals before administrative review boards.  In addition to representing large Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Williams also regularly represents business owners, banks and lending institutions, medical and dental professionals, real estate agents and brokers, and other professionals in complex commercial matters and disputes.  Mr. Williams has practiced extensively in federal and state court in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, Georgia, and Kentucky. Mr. Williams has experience in all phases of trial preparation, including depositions, motion practice, oral argument, trial practice and appellate writing.  While earning his law degree, Mr. Williams worked as a student prosecutor where he was responsible for all phases of case developments.  Mr. Williams had a 98 percent conviction rate for the 45 cases he tried.  Mr. Williams has been involved in various appellate matters, including two cases that resulted in published opinions by the Arizona Court of Appeals.
