Melinda K. Hardy is an attorney who is an enrolled member of Navajo Nation. Her legal practice has concentrated in employment, juvenile, school and Indian/tribal law. Mrs. Hardy has assisted school districts as an Education Policy Analyst. Mrs. Hardy’s former work has included advising school system administrative personnel on a variety of employment, educational, regulatory state and federal compliance issues, and special education laws. Prior to working with school districts she was an Assistant Tribal Attorney.
Mrs. Hardy has also conducted trainings on Sexual Harassment Compliance, Governing Board Boardmanship and Open Meeting laws. She has expanded her practice to areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security, Insurance, Bankruptcy and Collection laws.
