Mr. Bacon is the newest member of our LegalShield team. He has been a practicing attorney for 30 years. Before locating to the State of Arizona, Mr. Bacon had a successful law practice in Albany, New York which concentrated in business and real estate matters along with extensive litigation experience pertaining to trials and arbitration proceedings. In addition, Mr. Bacon owned and operated a title insurance company having experience in closing numerous residential and commercial transactions.
In addition to Dave's law firm and title insurance company, he has also been a member of adjunct faculties at the University of Albany, Russell Sage College and Schenectady County Community College located in Upstate New York and a frequent lecturer to various real estate organizations including the Institute of Real Estate Management and Builders and Owners Association.
Dave and his wife, Susie, reside in Scottsdale. They both enjoy the outdoor activities offered in the Phoenix area. They are very proud of their two adult sons. Caleb is currently a writer's assistant with HBO. Noah is employed at the Hyatt Resort at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale.
