We are pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2011 seven lawyers from Northern Arizona and the East Valley joined the ranks of Davis Miles. With the addition of offices in both Flagstaff and Prescott, Davis Miles will be better able to serve our clients in the northern part of the state. The attorneys from McGuire Gardner have developed a substantial practice in business bankruptcy (chapter 11) and other consumer practice areas, emphasizing bankruptcy, criminal defense and domestic relations. They are also known throughout Northern Arizona for complex commercial litigation and transactional work. Pernell McGuire is one of only 27 attorneys certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Bankruptcy. He has over 20 years of bankruptcy experience and has personally handled more than 3,000 bankruptcy cases. In addition to bankruptcy work, Pernell handles commercial litigation and transactional matters.
Douglas C. Gardner is a Native of Northeastern Arizona, and a fourth generation Arizonan. His practice areas include Family Law and Bankruptcy, with his primary emphasis being on family law.
James McGuire was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and now makes his home in Mesa. His practice areas include Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation
Jared E. Holland was born and raised in the Southeastern Arizona town of Willcox. Jared spent two years in Taichung, Taiwan and speaks Mandarin Chinese. His practice areas include Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation.
J. Tyler Martin focuses his practice areas in bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, foreclosure services, loan modifications, and commercial litigation.
