Or they charge people, already suffering financially, exorbitant fees. By the time they think to call us, it’s sometimes too late. They’ve lost their home and their money."
The tragedy of the collapse of Wall Street investment firms has made lawmakers understand the urgency of resolving the housing foreclosure crisis and the time is ripe for members and their families to correct bad loans. We speak the language of the lenders because of the years of representing them (and borrowers) in foreclosures.
