Charlie Davis is a senior partner and head of the Transactional Department of the Firm. Mr. Davis is AV rated and is a member of the Arizona State Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation Law; Real Property Law; Probate Law; Business and Banking Law) and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Davis has many years experience with start up and growing businesses, including dot coms and e-commerce, and draws on his depth of business and tax knowledge in addition to his legal expertise. Mr. Davis' practice areas include real estate purchase and sale, real estate financing, entity formation, internet law, estate planning, trusts, asset protection, and tax planning. Gregory Miles is a senior partner and heads up the Litigation Department of Davis Miles, PLLC. Mr. Miles is AV rated and is a member of the Arizona State Bar, Maricopa County Bar Association, and Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He has over 30 years experience in real estate litigation and title defense work, and in representing medical professionals before administrative boards. The Litigation Department includes highly experienced trial and appellate attorneys who provide aggressive advocacy for our clients in such areas as real estate litigation, quiet title actions, foreclosures, mechanics' liens, construction defects, contract disputes, landlord/tenant matters, immigration, and employment issues.
